USING THE TAGS FILTER WHEN TAGGING CONTENT

Tags can be a great way to search for other Tags on your website. Simply select the 'Tags' that you would like to edit, then click 'Search'. Only items with these tags will now appear in your list.

EXAMPLE:

You might wish to assign a tag to a tag that already exists. For example, if you decided to add the tag 'Clothing' to all items that are tagged 'Jeans'.

To do this you would do the following:

  1. From the Tags section, find the tag 'Clothing' and click 'Edit'
  2. If the tag 'Clothing' doesn't exist, you can add it now, using the 'Add Tag' button in the top right.
  3. Turn 'Show What's Tagged' to 'Off'
  4. In the Tags Search, search for Jeans.
  5. Now add the Tag 'Clothing' to all items in the list. This is done in the Tag column.

PRO TIP

You can apply tags in bulk by checking the items that you wish to tag and using the Bulk Actions tool.
